The cheapest rate around Harvard is the Friendly Inn @ $107 + tax/night, 
with a queen size bed and continental breakfast, but we have to make the 
reservation, it's a Harvard discount and you must cancel with in 48 hours.

Other rates around Cambridge range from $149 to $179 - but we should make 
the reservation to receive a Harvard discount and if you decide to cancel 
with their cancellation policy, they will charge you the first night rate.

The Mary Prentiss Inn $159 - must cancel three weeks before. (down the 
street from us)
The Kendall Square Hotel $149 - cancellation with in 24 hrs. (This is near MIT)
The Hotel @ MIT $159 - 24 hour cancellation
The Inn @ Harvard - $179 - 48 hours
Harding House -$150 - 48 hours cancellation policy (Near Harvard)

The Irving House - near Harvard
twin size bed $95 with shared bathroom
24 hours cancellation policy.
