Engineering Sciences 96 is a group project selected to provide experience
in the processes and practice of engineering design. It is the central
activity of a design seminar which, ordinarily, is taken in the spring
term of the junior year. This year, we are studying the Harvard University
Health Service, working with its staff to optimize its information system.
Professor Victor Jones has written an introduction
to the problem.
