Director of Human Resources

Steve is responsible for the overall human resource management at SEAS, including: policy development, interpretation, and administration; strategic planning for SEAS human resources functions; employee and supervisory issues; labor relations; and employee reclassification and compensation.

Assistant Director of Human Resources

Marybeth is the primary contact for support and guidance concerning labor and employee relations, and performance management. She also plays a key role in affirmative action compliance and outreach as well as strategic planning.

Human Resources Consultant

Heidi Shea

Heidi is the key contact to recruitment and diversity outreach, and also serves as the SEAS Title IX Coordinator for staff. In addition, Heidi is responsible for answering questions about leaves of absence, family medical leaves, short and long term disability, and absence management.

The Human Resources Coordinator is the first contact for all human resources-related issues. Common issues include: biweekly, student and temporary payrolls; time reporting; absence management issues; use of PeopleSoft and absence management issues; and recruiting and job posting.
