Computing Updates - February 2016

Reminder: HarvardKey
If you have not already, please take a moment to claim your HarvardKey. It is important to note that current HUID/PIN login credentials used to access email, and some devices and applications will be expired for SEAS faculty and staff as Harvard implements stronger information security measures across the University. You will be notified in advance of the expiration date. To avoid any interruption to computer login, email, and application access (e.g. Peoplesoft, Canvas) please claim your HarvardKey as soon as possible. We at Computing@SEAS will do everything we can to help you, and if you would like assistance during the process, please email us at help@seas.harvard.edu with “HarvardKey Help” in the subject line or call us at +1-617-495-9050. Sharepoint Sites
As one of the final steps in unifying services, those SharePoint sites still on the older infrastructure will be migrated to Microsoft Teams in Office365. Users directly affected by this move will be notified individually.
 
 

Start of Semester
We would like to ask those of you who plan on using computer or computing hardware, software, or services as part of their semester teaching activities to let Computing@SEAS know so that we may be better prepared to help. Please send an email to help@seas.harvard.edu or come by MD G109.
