Tours
Take a student-led supplemental tour focused on Harvard’s undergraduate programs in engineering and the applied sciences (including applied mathematics, biomedical engineering, computer science, and engineering sciences).
The tour, led by students concentrating in the sciences and engineering, provides an overview of pursuing a technical degree in a liberal arts context, undergraduate research opportunities, related student groups and competitions, and support for entrepreneurship and innovation.
Dates & Times

- Note: This tour is in "beta" form. (Groups with 10 or more people should email tours@fas.harvard.edu to check about whether appropriate accommodations can be made.)
Particular highlights include stops at Maxwell Dworkin Laboratory (home to computer science and electrical engineering) and the Northwest Science Building (a 500,000 square-foot interdisciplinary research facility with world-class undergraduate teaching labs).
Specific information about dorms, athletic facilities, and libraries will not be included in this tour. The route takes visitors to an area of campus that is to the north of historic Harvard Yard (beyond the Science Center and adjacent to Harvard Law School).
No appointment or registration is necessary to attend. Tours last approximately 45 minutes. For our current schedule please refer to our Visitor Center Calendar.
As the final stop of the science and engineering tour is at the far end of the north campus, visitors should allow extra time to return to the central Harvard campus or Harvard Square (both are approximately a 10-15 minute walk).
Note: This tour does not cover the same topics and route as the standard admissions tour.Students and parents who desire a complete overview of the College may want to consider taking both tours.
