Post Doctoral Fellow
I am a post-doctoral fellow in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. I received my Ph.D. from Princeton University in the Department of Electrical Engineering in 2010. I received my B. Eng. from Cooper Union in the Department of Electrical Engineering in 2004.
My research involves studying the physics of the electric field-induced metal-insulator transition in thin film vanadium oxide and fabricating electronic devices that utilize the M-I-T. I am currently examining electron transport in thin film oxides with simple device architectures. My general research interests are in correlating fundamental physical properties of materials and electronic device behavior, with specific consideration towards energy applications.
