Research
Most of my research is focused on two topics: (1) investigating the mechanism of metal-insulator transition in strongly correlated oxide systems using vanadium oxide thin film-based devices and the effect of modulated stoichiometry of doped and undoped vanadium oxides into phase transitionproperties and (2) Probing the near-surface electrochemical phenomena under controlling environmental conditions, related with defect chemistry and surface reaction in nanocrystalline oxides such as TiO2, CeO2, etc.
