Jai is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Harvard University. In 2010 he received his B.S. in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University. His Undergraduate research focused on strain engineering of silicon by laser irradiation.
Jai’s research focuses on electronic properties and composition of oxides with the end goal of fuel cell applications in mind. Currently, he is investigating electronic properties and transport of defects in single crystal nanoscale oxides.
