The particle with the core-shell structure was produced by the PDMS drop maker. The shell was made by the bio-compatible hydrogel and the core was the magnetic bead. This magnetic hydrogel particle was driven to rotate by the rotational magnetic field. The small micro-spheres dispersed in water were the 3um tracing particles used for studying the rheology around the the hydrogel particle.
