Hoteling & Community Spaces

Hoteling Spaces

  • There will be 3 types of hoteling spaces: workspaces, 1:1 meetings, and remote call booths.
  • Hoteling locations will be confirmed after office assignments are announced, in May.
  • We plan to provide hoteling spaces in both Cambridge and Allston, both in 114 Western Avenue and the SEC.
  • We plan to locate at least one hoteling space within each academic area.
  • Locations will be included in Allston building orientation tours.
  • Spaces will be able to be reserved in RoomBook (EMS).
  • Space in Cambridge may shift in fall 2020.

  • Area lounges
  • 3 atrium spaces for events
  • Dining and micromarket
  • Bike parking (570 spots)
  • 2 lactation rooms (level 1 and 6)
  • Graduate student lounge
  • Undergraduate student lounge
  • Student club spaces
