What is unique, special, or interesting about your job?
As founder and CEO of a startup, I love the necessity to wear numerous hats! I am no longer just working as an engineer and project manager who coordinates between numerous teams, as I am now required to actually execute and address the needs of all aspects of the business. This has forced me to develop new skills in the realm of branding and marketing, sales to potential clients, meetings and on-site visits with current clients, accounting practices, legal documents, and insurance paperwork, and finally - software development and brewery process engineering. My Google Calendar is certainly my best friend!
The four ingredients in beer are water, malt, hops, and yeast. The 5th Ingredient, as important as the other four, is Data. T5I has developed a proprietary software, called Beer30, for brewery data management and also provides breweries with consulting services.
