Ali-Reza Boloori, S.M. ’01, Ph.D. ’07 (engineering sciences) has been named a partner at law firm Kirkland & Ellis.
Boloori, who works in the firm’s Los Angeles office, focuses his practice on patent infringement litigation and trials. As a partner in Kirkland’s intellectual property group, he has worked on technological cases in a number of different areas, such as: medical devices, digital and analog hardware, software, digital algorithms, RFID, and wireless communications protocols. He holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
