Joanne Chang, A.B. ’91 (applied math) recently opened the fifth location of her popular Boston-area establishment Flour Café & Bakery. The new restaurant, located in Harvard Square, opened its doors on Tuesday, Nov. 1.
Chang, who won her first James Beard award this spring (Outstanding Baker), is planning to open two more Flour locations in the coming months, in Cambridge and Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.
