Gualtieri named to WHO advisory group

Lisa Gualtieri, PhD. ’89 (computer science) has been named to the Roster of Experts on Digital Health for the World Health Organization’s newly established Digital Health Technical Advisory Group.

Gualtieri, is assistant professor of public health and community medicine at Tufts University and founder of Recyclehealth.com, a nonprofit that provides donated fitness trackers to underserved populations to help them increase their health and fitness.

The Digital Health Technical Advisory Group will work to harness the power of digital health technologies and steer developments to contribute to the attainment of all people to the highest level of health.
