GRADUATION YEAR: 2013

Q. As an engineer, how are you making an impact?

A. I'm building software that uses neuroscience and data science to match job candidates with their ideal profession. We're removing inherent bias in a broken resume review process, and leveling the playing field for job candidates of all genders, ages, and ethnicities.

Q. What do you love about being an engineer?

A. I love creating, experimenting, and iterating. It's fun to make new things and show them to the world.

Q. What is unique about your job?

A. There are many software tools in the HR space, but not too many that will make recommendations to a rejected candidate on jobs that are actually a better fit for them if they don't get the one they apply for. Our mission-driven culture makes it a pleasure to come to work every day.
