Duduta joins University of Toronto faculty

Mihai Duduta leads the Materials for Actuators, Robots & Batteries – Laboratory

Mihai “Mishu”  Duduta

Mihai “Mishu”  Duduta, S.M. ’15, Ph.D. ’19 (materials science and mechanical engineering), has joined the University of Toronto Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering as an Assistant Professor.

He leads the Materials for Actuators, Robots & Batteries – Laboratory, which is focused on building actuators and batteries for the robots of the future. Prior to joining the University of Toronto, Duduta was a medical devices innovation fellow at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, where he developed soft robotic tools for endovascular interventions.
