Managing Collaborations

The Collaborators feature allows you to share and work together on media by granting three permissions levels to others.

  • Media Owner: The user who administers a media item. Only the Media Owner can manage the Collaborators.
  • Co-Editor: A user who can do everything the Media Owner can do except manage the Collaborators or publish media.
  • Co-Publisher: A user who can publish media.
