CLOSED CAPTIONING FOR LIVE ONLINE EVENTS
The Harvard SEAS Office of Events highly recommends, as a best practice, securing closed captioning for live online events in which the audience's needs are unknown. If you are fully aware of your audience's needs through either a registration question or other means, please plan your event according to the information gathered. Note that all requests for accessibility should be provided.

VIDEO POSTING OF A RECORDED EVENT
All audio or video content created and produced at Harvard and posted on a public-facing University Website on or after December 1, 2019 must be captioned when posted.
