Pregnancy in the Workplace Policy

Harvard University employees have the right to be free from discrimination due to pregnancy or conditions related to pregnancy, as part of the the Massachusetts Pregnant Workers Fairness Act and the new Harvard University Pregnancy in the Workplace Policy. Under the new policy, the University will reasonably accommodate employees for pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions.
