We invite interested prospective undergraduate students and prospective graduate students to apply for admission.
Undergraduate
All prospective undergraduate students apply and are admitted to Harvard College. Students do not need to declare their intended concentration until the sophomore year.
In collaboration with the Harvard College Admissions Office, SEAS offers a separate tour dedicated to undergraduate programs in engineering and applied sciences.
In addition each spring, admitted students will be contacted about opportunities to attend open houses and informational events (on campus and online) organized the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
All prospective students and parents should work with the Harvard College Office of Admissions and Financial Aid.

Graduate
All prospective graduate students apply to SEAS through the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences (GSAS).
All students begin graduate study in the fall term. We do not offer rolling admissions.
Students with bachelor's degrees in the natural sciences, mathematics, or engineering are invited to apply for admission. Applications from minorities and women are particularly welcome.
All students admitted to our Ph.D. program receive full financial support. This includes tuition, fees, and a cost-of living stipend.
