This policy is not intended to replace or restrict Flexible Workplace benefits available to HUCTW members. Where this policy conflicts with the HUCTW Agreement (Article VI: Flexibility, pp. 19-21), the terms of the HUCTW Agreement shall govern. In addition, in all circumstances employees must have prior approval from their supervisor before implementing any of the work schedules described.
