Tech Savvy

In past summers, Tech Savvy ran weeklong programs focusing on computing, technology and engineering for girls entering the 7th or 8th grade. During this action-packed week, students visited a different university or technical company each day, where they designed, developed, built and tested science and technology through hands-on activities.

This program was co-hosted and sponsored by many institutions in the Boston area including: The Museum of Science, Boston University, Emmanuel College, Girls Scouts of MA, Harvard University, Northeastern University, Science Clubs for Girls, Simmons College, Tech Boston, UMass Boston, IBM, Wentworth Institute of Technology and WGBH.
